Booking Essentials
The Spirit Night Playbook
To ensure every fundraiser is a "Sonic Success," we have a few standard guidelines. These rules help us prepare our teams to give your organization the best service possible while maximizing the donation we can return to your cause.
The 20% Tier
20% Tier copy should specify: earn 20% when total sales from 5–9PM reach $1,500 or more
The 10% Tier
10% Tier copy should specify: earn 10% if total sales fall below $1,500
Lead Time
To ensure proper staffing and supplies, all Spirit Nights must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

The Silver Bluff High School Band program has hosted Sonic Spirit Nights for several years with great success. The entire process is seamless, from selecting dates and receiving social media artwork to receiving the donation in the mail. Spirit Nights offer a wonderful opportunity for friends, family, and the community to enjoy a meal while supporting our program. We are very grateful to Sonic for providing this funding opportunity for the band.

The Sonic Spirit Night fundraising program has been invaluable to our band program at New Ellenton Middle School! Partnering with our local Sonic has allowed our band program the opportunity to raise funds to purchase uniform polos for performances, provide transportation to events like Concert Performance Assessment and the Carowinds Festival of Music, and allows us to send instruments off for repairs and the purchase of new instruments for our students. Sonic has made it so simple for us to raise money for our band program. We cannot thank them enough for this fundraising opportunity!
